Refund policy
MYPR keeps the first paid step low-cost. Refund handling is practical and tied to whether we delivered the report or review.
If MYPR cannot generate your report because of a system failure or missing internal data, we will either regenerate it manually or refund the payment. Refund requests after a delivered report are reviewed case by case.
If no verified expert has started the review, we can refund it. Once expert notes have been prepared or delivered, refunds are reviewed case by case.
Email support@mypr.au with your request ID, payment receipt, and the issue. MYPR will use the report status and Stripe record to resolve it.
A refund does not depend on whether an invitation, nomination, visa grant, or migration outcome happens. MYPR does not guarantee migration outcomes.
